Here at Kingslea Park we offer a holiday programme for all ages but we cater for children as well as adults who do not own their own horse or pony. Ideal for those wanting to try riding out before purchasing a horse or pony of their own and do not know what is involved or just the horse or pony crazed kid. We also accept people wanting to learn with their own ponies or horses.

This programme has been aimed for the complete beginner wanting to learn the basics in a stress free, fun filled holiday programme. Reliable safe ponies and horses are used with experience handlers and trained staff and top trainers are used for lessons.  We also have stages for riders to keep progressing within the programme and certificates are given as each stage is achieved. Each level will have their only theory and riding levels to learn.

Helmets can be provided if you do not have one but safe closed toe footwear (preferably with a heel) must be provided by those attending the programme.

The programme is run over 4 days Starting a 9:30am and finishing at 3pm daily.  Cost is $85 incl GST per day and includes theory booklet, snacks and refreshments.  Prior payment options can be arranged.

Greenlee Samson Scholarship - On each course we will be giving out one scholarship where all expenses of the course will be paid by Kingslea Park. To nominate a person please fill in a Nomination and Application Form to apply for this scholarship. Successful applicants will be notified before the course commences.
